Soukousman, Once again, my condolences to you on the death of your father to skin cancer. I would like to clarify some things because of the hyper-aggressive attack on me and my posts by a "duo-member" (same member - two identities) and attempts to dehumanize me and basically marginalize my Musique Africaine posts to another area of the forum (i.e. segregation). According to member (Tutulu78/gwami), Venuste is candidate for Sainthood. This is due to the return of various members to the Musique Africaine area after your (Soukousman) long absence.
(BTW - it's pretty confirmed that Tutulu78 and gwami are the same person). Tutulu78 is now a more involved member in africambiance (hmm?) It doesn't really matter but the level of acceptable deceipt is de rigueur.
One of Tutulu/gwami's heroes is you, Soukousman. Congratulations !!! Looking back, you would have to say that I always "had your back" when many in the africambiance.org forum attacked you for your language and spelling skills. I can probably find the initial "criticisms" by Earl2000 and "rough justice" by other members from a while back to show my defensive involvement.
It's funny when Tutulu/gwami78 attacked me in December, all of you "members" just looked away and had said nothing in my defense against ignorant remarks. Remarks about the glories of posting music clips on YouTube being such wonderful thing.
You'll find a bunch of "Franco TPOK" clips posted on YouTube under the handle "rahndi" that were uploaded by me but I felt bad about infringing upon copyrights so I stopped. Uploading music clips doesn't deserve a Nobel Prive in Copyright Infringement, does it? It doesn't come under the title of discussion either.
Back to you, Soukousman. According to your story. Your parents moved to the United States of America from Liberia and moved to New Rochelle, New York. You were born in the United States of America. Your father died of skin cancer fairly recently. Do you still attend the New Rochelle Public School System which I understand is excellent? Why are you having such a problem with English language writing and spelling in this school system? You're very close to becoming a young man and last I saw on Craigslist they did not have any job listings for atalakus. If you still live in New Rochelle, NY, perhaps you should take advantage of the school system, put the CD's and MP3's away for awhile, and learn the glory of words and the English language. It is your first language isn't it?
As to one of Tutulu78/gwamii's question's as to what I do with my English language skills? Gee, I wonder what one would do with excellent ability to express oneself in the English language? Perhaps be in high demand to write for many people who cannot write even in a country with a high literacy rate. I was unemployed for a while now I find I have to turn work away. I would think a nurse who has difficullty speaking excellent English (you do not write excellent English or write with clarity) would be almost useless if they could not describe a patient's condition as precise, detailed and nuanced as possible to a physician.
Ron.
