BBC announces Laurent Nkunda has submitted a case against his 14-month house arrest. He is being
detained in Rwanda currently after being extradicted from Congo last year. His case is presented to the African Court of Human & Peoples Rights in Arusha, Tanzania. Check http//www.bbc.co.uk for details.
